Azemhe offers scholarship to 15-year-old school dropout

Miss Praise Uduebor, a 15- year-old out-of-school student from Ekpoma, Esan West local government of Edo state, has benefitted from Pastor Azemhe Azena scholarship programme. 

Dailymonitorngr reports that the Pastor Azemhe, an aspirant on the platform of the Labour Party for the 2024  governorship election, said the beneficiary was found on the streets of Ekpoma months ago. 

The offer of the  scholarship to the student was disclosed in a statement made available to newsmen by his media team in Benin City, Edo state.

The renowned Philanthropist, who  embarked on constant  investigations to know why the student was on the streets, however, discovered that she dropped out of school because she had no one to help her accomplish her academic dreams.

To ensure that the beneficiary get back to school, he directed one of his aides to look into her predicament and make sure she gets off the streets, and return  to school.

According to the media team,  by the glory and grace of God Almighty who makes all things beautiful in His time,  Praise Uduebor has finally been restored back to school. School uniforms, all learning materials have been purchased for her.

"Miss Praise Uduebor has been added to other students who are on the scholarship  Scheme of  Pastor Dr. Azemhe Azena", the statement said.

Dailymonitorngr recall that Pastor  Azemhe, had recently donated a generator set to the correctional facility in the state as well as paid the hospital bills of several indigent patients at the popular Irrua specialist hospital.
