Edeko Eulogies Edo Speaker, Deputy Majority Leader on birthday celebrations

The Deputy Speaker of the Edo State House of Assembly, Hon Maria Edeko has eulogized  the Speaker of the House, Hon Blessing Agbebaku and the Deputy Majority Leader, Hon Natasha Osawaru on their birthdays.

Edeko, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) lawmaker representing Esan North-East constituency II, in a separate congratulatory messages described the duo as lawmakers with a heart of gold.

She said the purposeful leadership, commitment to the cause of the masses, personal integrity and commitment to people-oriented policies being enacted under the leadership of the Speaker of the House have endeared him to millions of Edo citizens.

According to her, I am indeed grateful to God for his infinite goodness and blessings on you. I wish you many more years in good health and service to the State.

"Mr Speaker, we are proud of the way you have been steering the ship of the Edo State House of Assembly, it is commendable.

“I, therefore, join well-meaning Nigerians to wish you a happy birthday and more years in good health,”she said.

The Deputy Speaker, in  her message to the Deputy Majority Leader of the House, Natasha Osawaru, said: "Your commitment to the growth and development of Egor is evident and commendable." 

She described her as one legislator who has continued to work tirelessly to ensure that her constituency and indeed Edo State move forward.

"On this day, I join millions of Nigerians, especially members of our party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in congratulating and celebrating you @ 29", she added. 

She, however, used the opportunity to also congratulate her on her victory at the election petition tribunal.
